Conference & Incentive Tours

CONFERENCE & INCENTIVE TOURS with the Groups Company appeal to staff who will respond well to unusual overseas locations. Many of them may have already done incentive tours to places within Europe and to keep their interest and enthusiasm it may be necessary to offer more culturally riskier destinations.

It is possible to provide incentive programmes which entail visiting less obvious destinations but which still allow the degree of comfort and sophistication expected on European incentives. Alternatively fuller use can be made of the cultural differences in countries with a less well-developed tourist infrastructure by staying in remote or challenging, even adventurous, locations. Incentive adventure tours, effectively.

You and your group choose which style of incentive tour you require.

We operate Incentive Tours to the following destinations:-
Arctic, Antarctic, Cambodia, Croatia, The Caribbean, Egypt, Finland, Greece, India, Jordan, Kenya, Morocco, Namibia Peru, Portugal, Spain, Sri Lanka, Tanzaniya, Thailand, Tunisia & Turkey

A typical day at a Groups Company Conference...
There is a choice to be made: all at once or a drip-feed approach. Either one or two days filled with Conference Business sessions and then some networking. Mix it up or get the business out of the way first.

Our suggetions-
After breakfast on the first day come four business sessions. Two are in the morning, punctuated by a coffee break, then comes lunch. This should be at the business sessions to minimise time to and from the Conference Hall. In the afternoon there are two more sessions before a late afternoon finish time to allow delegates some  time outside the Conference area, perhaps visiting local cafes and areas of interest. Then comes the evening event and that necessary late-night bar.

Day two should be just a half day; with the afternoon given over to some sort of organised actvity, be it sport or sightseeing excursions. To finish the event a Gala Dinner takes up the evening, this should be held at a local venue of some interest, rather than just in the hotel restaurant, to ensure a dramatic last memory of the Conference. Much depends on the budget, of course, in terms of what can be done this last evening.
Then some networking and relaxation time. Or one or two half-day business sessions,  with the afternoons being spent relaxing and networking. Mix it up or get the business out of the way first.

Incentives:-
Incentives vary so much that it depends on what sort of incentive you want to organise for your staff. The best thing to do first is decide what sort of activity you want to offer as part of the incentive package. To decide this please look at the various activity ideas the Groups Company offers elsewhere on this website then talk to us on 0208 504 2672
