The Booking Process

Ten steps to the perfect group tour.

1. Call or email the groups company to make contact. After we have talked about your idea you email us your idea or your sketched out itinerary.

2. We may call or email you with questions about your idea or itinerary, to clarify a few points. After this we will send you an itinerary, detailing what is included and offering you a guideline quote; an approximate price.

3. You decide if you want to proceed further based on what we have offered you.

4. If you decide to proceed we will work on a more detailed itinerary and a more accurate quotation. We may need to clarify a few further points by email. This part of the process is rather like going to the tailors for further fittings, to adjust your tailor-made suit.

5. You will receive a final itinerary and price.

6. A deposit is then payable by you, as group organiser. This is normally 15% of the agreed tour price. Alternatively we can liaise directly with the members of your group on an individual basis. A final balance due date is established at this point. Normally this is 8 weeks prior to date of travel.

7. You may make amendments to your tour itinerary at any time. But we reserve the right to charge an additional sum to cover administration costs and/or additional services added to the agreed itinerary.

8. At Balance Due date the Final Balance is forwarded by you as group organiser, or we can liaise directly with the members of your group on an individual basis.

9. 3 weeks prior to travel your group documents are despatched, again either to you as group organiser or individually to members of the group, as agreed.

10. Departure date, and the start of your group experience.
