Boats - cruise ships, expedition vessels, ice-breakers – are inevitably at the heart of what we can offer at the Poles, both north and south. We have access to an extensive selection of these vessels and they are the basis of many different types of group itinerary. PHOTOGRAPHY and WILDLIFE groups are of course at the heart of our programmes here. It can sometimes be a good idea, if visiting the Antarctic, to add time in Chile or Argentina to the itinerary as the additional cost of spending time ashore in these two countries is not that much more given the relatively high cost of getting to the southern Polar regions in the first place.

The Polar regions are of course the last relatively untouched places on our planet. See them whilst they are still unspoiled.
